Nose Job (Nose Fillers & Nose Threads) Vs. (Rhinoplasty).

Nose Job (Nose Fillers & Nose Threads) Vs. (Rhinoplasty).

Everything you need to know:

Your nose is one of the most prominent features of your face, you may have thought a lot about changing the shape of your nose to make it perfect. But has the thought of having surgery prevented you from taking any corrective measures? Well… what if we told you that there is a way to change the appearance of your nose, without undergoing any surgery which is Non- Surgical Rhinoplasty. This is where Nose Dermal fillers (Hyaluronic Acid Fillers (HA), Nose Threads also come into play.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty

Dermal fillers(Hyaluronic Acid Fillers) are an injectable, gel-like component (in most cases hyaluronic acid), which is placed under the skin with a syringe. Dermal fillers are placed in the areas where you want to smooth out any bumps or lines. Sometimes, Botox is also used with hyaluronic acid.

This will then settle into the deeper layers of the skin where it is injected and maintain its shape and this can change the appearance of your nose for between four months and three years. The longevity of the treatment depends on your skin and the ingredients used.

When non-surgical rhinoplasty is recommended?

Because the procedure uses fillers to modify the shape of your nose by targeting the tip, bridge, and sides, it’s ideal for people looking for

 • Smoothing any bumps on the nose
 • Make the angle of the nose look lower
 • Enlarge the size of the nose
 • Lift the tip of the nose

What to expect from the procedure?

Performing a non-surgical rhinoplasty is much simpler than a surgical procedure. After a consultation about the desired results, the dermatologist will ask you to lie down with your head tilted upwards. A local anesthetic can be applied to your nose and surrounding areas to relieve pain from the injection.

Once the anesthetic takes effect, the doctor injects the desired filler into and into the area around the nose. People usually feel a pinching sensation or a bit of pressure during the injection. The entire process can take about 15 to 45 minutes, with an additional 15 to 20 minutes for anesthesia. You may also have some swelling of the nose and lips, which is normal.

What can I expect after treatment?

The Dermal Fillers will begin to settle within an hour or two of the session. The redness will also slowly begin to fade and you will be able to notice the differences and see the results of your nose fillers.

The entire procedure is relatively pain-free. You can use an ice pack to help control redness and swelling, if any. Results of Nose Fillers will be visible within a week or two, with the redness and bruising (if any) completely gone by then.

If you’re still confused, it’s best to make an appointment with an experienced dermatologist, where you can discuss your goals, challenges and options.
